I, agree to engage the services of Michael Murray to act in the capacity as a Buyers Agent. I agree to the commission quoted as % and will have this amount transferred to the bank account listed below at time of settlement.

I agree to transfer the amount of $500 AUD to the bank account below as a deposit. I understand that this amount will be deducted from the final commission at settlement. This amount ($500) will not be refunded if I, the client, decides not to proceed with a purchase. Michael Murray has the right to refund the deposit and discontinue this agreement at any time.
