Apparently one of the most mispelled words in real estate search is “en-suite”. Most people have it in their heads as “sweet” and spell it that way. It is the third most common spelling mistake. English company Bathrooms.com coupled with eccentric chocolatiers Choccywoccydoodah and build the very first bathroom made completely out of chocolate.
A combination of milk and dark 100% Belgian chocolate, the room cost 80,000 pounds and is a trouser busting 9.4 million calories. That is 10 years worth for men and 12 years for women. The room will be sold off piece by piece to anyone with an obession for both chocolate and bathrooms. The bidet can be bought for 7000 pounds and contains 210,000 calories.
The cost of a chocolate bathroom can sometimes be not that more than a normal new bathroom. I recently had to do mine due to a leak which rotted the timber studs. When I am with clients who are inspecting a lovely character country cottage that needs complete new bathrooms and kitchens I have to wave the red flag. This area of renovation often gets out of hand and can completely sink the budget if not careful.
