This month I am featuring three of my current vendors advococy projects:
1. Best value ocean view site in Byron
This two bedroom brick home sits on an elevated 686 M2 in a sought after area of Byron Bay. It looks over bush reserve and Tallows Beach and gets great sea breezes and ocean views. It is going to auction on October 17 and in the range of $1M plus. Other properties in this street (Pacific Vista Drive) have either been nudging $2M or over so plenty of room for value adding. Auctioning with Mcgrath Byron Bay – more here.
2. Mullumbimby cash cow
A very pleasant five acres and character home only ten minutes west of Mullumbimby. The three bedroom main house, two bedroom studio and a one bedroom cabin gives a total rental income is $50,000. But get this – all the structures are approved (in Mullumbimby!!!). Looking for mid 800s which means it will almost cover the mortgage.
At the time of sending the newsletter, this property is not live online. But will be within the week. Look out for it as a Mcgraths listing at Settlement Road Mullumbimby. Or contact me direct and I will send you the link when available.
3. Best view in the shire
Sky Nest is a fabulous rural acreage and home on possibly the highest point in the shire. Six bedroom, four bath and plenty of room top spread out. Goes to auction on October 31 with Unique Estates.
4. What made Azalea famous.
Also included is a possible trivia question for the future. 20 Azalea St Mullumbimby is for sale and going to auction and is the house where the recording star/rap artist Iggy Azalea grew up. She left Mullumbimby at the tender age of 16 and made her way to Miami where she made it big. No love is lost between her and her home town, labelling our lovely mullum as “the place where dreams go to die”.
